Head Instructor

 Michael Kolb is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer with over 30 years of law enforcement and security experience. During his law enforcement career Mike provided security and protection for multiple government officials and heads of states. He has worked high threat events ranging from State of the Unions to the Presidential Inaugurations. Mike has extensive law enforcement training in the safe, responsible handling and use of firearms. He also worked for several years in the security industry in the fields of education, retail, entertainment, and corporate. Mike graduated from the University of Maryland in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology.
